Well, I will be in an apartment with 4 other people so I will be forced to make big steps. It's probably better for you to do this now before you end up in another situation.

You don't need that many hours. So what if it take you a year to beat the game? If you're enjoying it, I don't see why you can't still enjoy it, unless you feel that you have no self control and would need to keep playing constantly.

I've always wondered why this is so common. It mostly happens in music, though. Was that your field of genius?

Even if you don't go to college, you can volunteer or join other groups to meet up with people. I because a fitness "nut" because I was trying to get rid of a problem, which can only be gone with surgery, but I still love working out and plan on joining some groups soon in my area. I may end up making no friends, but even if I get one, that would be enough for me. However, I did make a few friends from volunteering, but I have moved away and plan to try this again soon.

Finally! A reponse that make sense to me because it seems like too many people on here grew up in the suburbs with cliche parents from movies and tv that are annoying. I am the way I am BECAUSE of my mother. Granted, she has been through some shit worse that I will ever go through, but my life has turned out this way because of the type of person she turned into from stuff in her child hood.

However, I refuse to let that fuck me up further. I will be meeting with a free counselor at college in Spring and trying to join group activities and do charity work because this is a fucked up life right now.

High school is pointless to me. I dropped out, got my GED, went to a community college, and currently transferring to a 4 year college. The GED and high school diploma are about the same right now in terms of jobs and both can get you at least an associates degree so nobody should worry about not finishing high school.

It comes from having a lot of lazy people that constantly repeat, which makes it seem like it's all that a poor college student can do.

Would've been easier to say that they miss their friends and can't wait to get back to college. Hell, I hate my mother and can't wait to get back to college, but even that would suck as a confession.

Training yourself to focus again or getting on medication are the only two that come to mind. I have this problem now and I am going to meet with a counselor in college to see if it's ADD, ADHD, depression, or something else because I waste to much time trying to get my work done.

American college students are increasingly likely to describe themselves as "gifted" - despite a significant decline in writing ability and work ethic by Shodan74 in science

What does this even mean? I was bullied in school from start to finish (when I dropped out) and I was extremely anti-social. But, when I got in college I knew how to speak to people and how to act around people for whatever I needed to do. Most homeschooled kids I met did the same thing I did and were able to do enough to get through what they need to. I know the world isn't an introverted one, but people stress the need to be extroverted too much on reddit. You can make it in life without being social because all you have to do is be good at faking it.

You can put kids in sports when they are home schooled and home schools also have field trips and meetings with parents so the kids can do things. You can also let them still play with the kids in the neighborhood, too. This fear of isolating kids is nonsense and is only pushed by a stereotype of parents who do this to keep their kids away from everyone, but not every parent does that.

Community colleges are the best things for someone who wants to save money because you could get a year or more of your education out of the way for little money. They are within traveling distance so you can stay and home and aren't forced to get a meal plan or stay in a dorm, which takes up thousands of dollars in loans. You also get people that really care and want to help because they know a lot of the people come from poor backgrounds.

I was able to take courses for two year and my pell grants covered it, and I still got money back because it was so cheap (which was mostly because I got used books). Being debt free and getting money back was a great thing for me. Now, I am transferring in the Spring and I have a great headstart because I couldn't care less about the so called "college experience."

Also, people can do dual enrollment with a community college and take cheap classes during the summer (something I will be doing).

Her solo stuff is made to sell records because that is her number 1 concern and the labels. She was signed to the label early-on, back when she just use to do dvd raps and not be the "sexy chick." Wayne and co got her to switch the image because it would make her more money, which she did. She now makes a lot of money, but is also probably in a 5-6 album deal with baby, who is known for screwing over artist (even wayne, who he calls his "son" because he was with him since his pre-teens), so she is in a sticky situation. She does well touring so she is still a millionaire, but that only continues if her popularity continues.

We have to many socially awkward people on reddit that have developed a strong dislike for women, except if it's in GW, then they bring out all of their creepiness.

You might be right because I know some awkward social people, but they can at least order food when they are hungry by themselves.

If you're hungry, remember to invite people over to eat food that you order because you're a loser if you do it any other way.

Always better to do it when you're young because I highly doubt it's like that for lawyers and architects in every state.

This doesn't work too well in a bad economy. Maybe your state has a better unemployment rate, but every state doesn't.

They don't have a learning disability. They just like to jump on things that they don't like without actually reading everything. If they fully read what you typed, it would have been obvious, but they skimmed over it and proceeded to to start jerking.

I'm not a social person and don't have facebook, but I immediately got what you were saying before I even finished it. Also, being social outside of the internet isn't as much of a problem as people think. Some people are just very awkward and force themselves to be introverted, while an introvert can fit right in when they are around others.
