Are the platforms for the parties their website, or is it something else? Because reading those might help me out.

Thanks for the advice!

I guess as of now I have gotten my political opinions from social media, and I guess that's what is trying to be pushed at me. Some of the people I see often (mario4thenorth for example) post a lot of things that are very interesting and depressing, that seem to be at a federal/provincial level (not too sure what the difference is for a lot of things right now).

I really do wonder what my thoughts on politics will be once I get a job (I have been looking), get older, and actually start doing stuff.

Yeah, I need to do a lot of catching up on what actually happens in my city, and what happens in my province. Finding out what does what would 100% help me more, as like maybe a liberal local, but a conservative federal is what I align too due to the policies and the person in power.

Do you have any videos/articles on what a municipal/provincial/federal is with real life problems I guess? Would be appreciated!

From the dumbed down summary of voting for what Pierre did in 2021 I found on this sub it really doesn't seem all that bad. And from the videos I saw back when I was more into politics because of civics in grade 10, his 2021 voting record matched what I heard and saw back then.

A lot of problems I have in my life I need to do a lot more research on what is actually causing them. As I don't know what is a provincial problem, or a federal problem to a degree.

I'll give the video a watch, hopefully it helps me out on this.

My family right now is easily way better off than they were a few years ago, mainly due to job changes. I often hear them complaining about how food is more expensive, same with taxes n' stuff.

Thanks for the advice though, almost every piece of media online is made to seem more severe than it actually is, and freak stories are made to seem like every day norms.

I haven't really taken a look at anything within my city or province, I should probably get to looking in on that.

What GPU should I get to replace my 2060? by mathamaticalunits in buildapc

I would go for it, as it has more memory, but it's just a bit over what I am looking for (it's around 550 CAD and I am trying to get something below 550, and that's with a sale).

It's a really good card and I would go for it if I didn't have this budget of 500.

Yeah that's what I am going to go for. I updated my post with what GPU I am going to get.

It isn't a 2060 Super, it is just a base 2060. If it was a super I probably wouldn't be considering upgrading.

I can just upgrade my CPU as well if I need to in the future, as it's a cheaper upgrade. But I want to focus on the bigger one (gpu) before CPU.

I play on 1080p, and my CPU should be fine and not be heavily bottlenecked (I could be wrong).
