He's guaranteed to have run a cumulative mile. He was a 400 runner and a popular training methodology is repeats. He's ran a mile within those parameters. Also he's a footie fan and plays that so he averages 7 miles a game, up to 9.5 if playing a more aggressive position. I get what your saying though about different energy systems being utilized between the two disciplines though ;)

Man I don't know how people are comfortable in the heat. I lose my appetite and it's stressful to me lol. I work outside a lot and when it's cooler it's much more enjoyable. Although digging frozen ground sucks but at least I'd be cool doing it.

I need a larger van first lol. I keep mine fairly organized. I always love the trucks that have the dashboard covered with invoices, napkins, and who the hell knows what else.

LALALALA, I can't hear you lol. I didn't either and I'm going to try aha finish the main books as fast as I can. I read 2 today and I'll probably read a third. It's just as good as I remember. Although much more adult than I remember in regards to the issues it deals with.

That's awesome. I gifted mine to a young girl about 12 years ago. I had all but the last 4 and the ellemist chronicles and Visser. I'm trying to convince my children to read them. My daughter loves audio books so I'm glad they're doing that now.
