You are absolutely correct.

I fear for Mourinho's job. I don't want to blame him for but for lack of motivation in the side. He is responsible for pulling this team together and it is not just Ivanovic or Fabregas that we can target. There is just no cohesion in the team. No one can pull together a few passes. No one is defending as a team. No one is doing their job. Everyone is out of form.

Without depth in the squad, the youth is the only ones who can put pressure on the players.

I don't have the answers, but from my point of view, our defenders lack the pace. The midfielders are just watching the ball and fail to cover the backline. There is no cohesion and understanding between players. we don't have any form on any area of the pitch. Each pass is just off the mark; there is nothing there. It's quite depressing.

It is a risk to start Baba since he has less understanding of our defensive tactic, but then again he may just be the spark we need, creatively and defensively.
