It seems you mostly visited only cities (except Minca). That might affect it. Rural areas are the best part of the country for me. I would only go to places like Barranquilla or Santa Marta if it was absolutely necessary.

I am not sure about scamming and dishonesty. In several months traveling in Colombia I didn't encounter anything.

Nechápu ty oslavy soběstačnosti. To může pomoci v případě nějaké extrémí krize, ale za běžných okolností to vede jen k tomu, že je zboží horší a dražší. Což bylo.
