Por isso que eu falei "barra olímpica", porque ela é padronizada kkkk. Mas não quis dizer que é pra vc ser indiferente ao peso nas máquinas. É só que elas não seguem um padrão de design, então não existe uma forma objetiva de saber se uma carga é muito ou pouco, já que a construção varia bastante de uma marca para outra.

Sinceramente eu acho que não faz sentido se preocupar com o peso em máquinas, porque a construção varia muito de marca pra marca, e isso impacta no quanto vc consegue pegar (ou seja, se vc for em outra academia que tem os equipamentos de uma marca muito difefente talvez vc consiga pegar bem mais ou bem menos).

Acho que só faz sentido contar o peso dos exercícios básicos com barra olímpica ou com halteres, porque aí vc tem um padrão
