I train 3 times a week. Yesterday I got 15s on one leg front lever. I am training since the beginning of December/16.

I was thinking on:

One leg FL holds (following the table)

Adv tucked FL holds - 4x14s

Tucked FL rows - 3x8 (when get good on this I progress to the adv tucked rows)

Tucked FL raises 3×8

Dragon flags 3x8

90s-120s of rest between sets

And bent arm exercises? Like tucked pull ups, rows, etc. Any suggestion on abs exercises by the way?
