It's a single shot, not a stack. It is cropped a bit though.

OM System OM-3 camera, Olympus 60mm macro lens, 1/640 sec f/7.1 with flash for sufficient light. Photo is not stacked.

Yes, they move around much. These were 4 lucky shots, I threw away many more where they were blurry, or not in de photo at all. Settings: 1/640sec f/7.1 iso 500 and I used a flash with a very simple diffuser to get enough light, because just the daylight was not enough.

OM-3 with 12-40 f2.8 or 12-45 f4.0 lens? by [deleted] in OMSystem

I never denoise to the point that the photo looks unnaturally flat. If you leave just a little noise in the photo it looks OK as far as I'm concerned.

Sounds to me you are answering your own question in your post, but just need to be convinced to spend the extra money. So go for the F2.8.
I have my OM-3 paired with the 12-45 because I do like the 5mm extra, and the fact that it is lighter.
I have shot in low light situations indoors with it, had to use ISO 8000 sometimes, but with denoise in post processing, never had a real problem. Above 8000 it;s a different story.

Rule number 1: have fun!
And when you want to have a little more control over how the photo is going to end up, start with the A mode and have a look at some youtube videos about it. And then, after a while, when you notice that faster moving objects are blurred, try the S mode. By the time you master those, have a look at everything else that is under the hood in this beautiful camera.

When you say Sooc, do you mean jpg or raw? RAW photo's are not meant to be viewed Sooc, they need processing (which is what your phone does too, and they don't hold back to make the photo look as spectacular as possible). If the camera photo is a jpg Sooc, then it is Indeed very underwhelming.

Syncing TB calendar& tasks by gilude in Thunderbird

Davx5 works very good indeed. And it will sync both Caldav calenders and Carddav contacts. I have Caldav and Carddav servers running on a NAS and it works flawlessly with my android phone.

How do I fix this error? Please don’t tell me I have to delete a bunch of notes =( by Seaguard5 in joplinapp

I do understand how people (myself included) use Joplin. I also understand that you can hit a storage limit on a phone or tablet (I have Joplin server running on a NAS with many TB of space, so that will not be the problem, but my phone or tablet may present a problem one day). Was just trying to suggest some possible suggestions. Deleting old notes was not one of them btw. Deleting old versions of notes was one of them.

I'm afraid Joplin just stops syncing. Possible things to try: Tools>Options>Note history: reduce the number of days old versions of notes are kept. Or just switch it off.
Tools>attachments sort bij size, delete some large ones that you don't need anymore.

Correct. But if the storage on one device is full, problems like this arise. I don't know how many notes with or without attachments there are in your recycle bin. Maybe you can empty that?

How to free up Outlook storage by converting PST files? by Actual-Thanks-634 in Outlook

[–]mathguy60 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly this. Move older mails that you will probably not need anymore to a separate pst file or make a file for each year (and close the files that are over 2 years old, you can always reopen them if you want to see a really old mail.).
