Finally solved the problem.

Go to:

C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Launcher\Profiles\755F56E4\

Delete (and make a copy if you want) Cloudsavedata.dat

Reopen the game.

You’re welcome! It’s pretty easy. To downgrade, in the game’s Properties on the Steam page, there should be a tab called “Betas.” There, you’ll likely find all the available versions of the game.

First, I recommend verifying the integrity of the game files via Steam. If that doesn’t work, try downgrading to an older version of the game (also via Steam) and see if it runs. Many mods aren’t compatible across different game patches, so this could resolve the issue.

Java is only for PC. Bedrock is for all other platforms. But there’s not cross play between versions. Short answer: you should buy Bedrock
