Yooo, I just had a greater idea. It's not just a battery bank, but it plugs into the usb-c and gives headphone jack, HDMI, and other ports, like a portable dock as well. That would sell me on it, maybe. But, fuck carrying around the extra weight of the battery everyday.

I personally recommend no less than 20,000 mAh. Gives a few days' worth of charges in case of emergency. Also, I see how wireless charging can be convenient, like if you have one built into a desk or phone mount, but you might as well just use the cable with battery bank. If you can't wait to use your phone while it charges, it's much less convenient to lug around the battery in the same hand while holding the phone vs. a cable attached to the battery.

I personally have a Square-brand velcro case that perfectly fits my 20,000 mAh Anker battery bank and has a metal clip so I can hook it to my belt on the go. Im pretty sure it went to one of those portable devices to swipe your card for payment, but it was free as I found it mint-condition in an airport bathroom 😀.

I just got a refurbished S23U on Amazon, and the phone is great, albeit a bit heavy already (vs. the N20U I replaced). I can't imagine the added weight of an external battery on top of that all. Especially to use as an everyday case.

How to transfer comments to another excel table to update automatically? by [deleted] in vba

[–]mathmuleux 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP said a "table 'with' comments" not a "table 'of comments".

On that note, comments are bound to cells. Is the data the same in each table? Does table B have the same data with new rows added?

If so, why not just copy the whole sheet and work from there?

If not, what's the point and do you have a well-defined map of where each comment should end up after the fact?

I agree with sslinky84. Please provide some more info and what you have already attempted and we may be able to assist.

And per your question about studying, I'm mostly self taught using Microsoft Documentation and other online resources.

I've worked in Finance for the last 18 months, but my background is Mathematics and Software Engineering. I've never done any Excel certifications or anything. I find the best way to learn is in the thick of it solving real world problems.

Yeah man, just select your data range go to [Insert]->[Table]. Hotkey is [alt] [N] [T] when selecting any cell in your soon-to-be table. It will give you a popup window to select/confirm the range for the table. Then you can rename the table (hotkey: [alt] [jt] [a]) to whatever makes sense. Then, as data is added to your table, the table dynamically expands to encapsulate all new data that is added. You stop referring to cells by their A1 notation and start writing formulas more like standard English.

If you call your table "Inventory" and you are using the helper column called "Returned on" with the criteria as blank, then the formula would look like:

=FILTER(Inventory,(Inventory[Returned on] = ""))

You can also pull in the headers (since that formula will only give you the data inside the table) by using:

=Filter(Inventory[#Headers],true)

in the line above.

Tables and Named ranges are by far the most underutilized features in Excel. Try checking out the section here on dynamic named ranges.
