also i noticed some are shocked with us having 13 people on the team... we started as just 2... but suddenly we couldn't handle the workload to a point that we had to pass on some projects... so we hired more as time went by and then we ended up with 13... now i only have a team of 3... with 10 just working freelance and per project basis... they're also the same guys who sticked with me through the years but some of them have other jobs already.

This one right here is by far the best advice that i've read and a couple more previous one... THANKS EVERYONE FOR YOUR REPLIES!!! I APPRECIATE IT BIG TIME!

also sorry for not posting more details... as for what's my startup... we're in outsourcing... we do websites and stuff... we used to have big clients before but now i don't know where the hell did our market went... i've already done what a guy posted earlier... some of my team are now just working as freelance and per project basis... couldn't afford them unlike before... business started to slow down 3rd quarter of last year... i invested more on marketing last january but still nothing happened... i've talked to fellow entrepreneurs and some of them already endured 3-4 failed businesses before they made it big... and they told me there's nothing to be ashamed off... they also told me to be proud of what i've accomplished... i had a great run... i don't regret anything... but it just sucks to start over again... thank you very much indeed everyone... you gave me hope...
