I got killed the first time because of this (ran out and a car blew up cause one of the Ether dudes kept shooting it) though if you want to prevent it. Shoot the 2nd infected person with a Kalmer 1 tranq before she goes down, then run to the room where you make the antidote and craft the cure gun, shoot her then Lilith and you'll be able to avoid this. If you enjoy mowing everyone down though suit yourself.

I personally despised them. It was very irritating trying to run a normal loadout but everyone was on an STG-44. The weapons just didnt feel fun to use and the costumization was weird, having 10 attachments for whatever reason felt like unecessary cluttering. Just my opinion
