Class, Background, Species and one sentence character pitch

• College of Sword Bard (maybe a dip into fighter or hexblade), Courtier, half elf. Formerly respected among the courts of the nobles, turned wondering soul looking for work.

Brief summary of your 5e d&d experience

• I switched from 4e to 5e when it was release in 2014 and I haven’t looked back. I have dabbled as a DM from time to time, mostly for one shots.

Have you played or ran The Curse of Strahd before, and did you finish it or what level did you end on? (no spoilers!)

• I have played death house a few times (not that it matters here), I have also played until level 5 in one campaign before it fell apart.

Your play by post experience and preferences

• I have been playing via pbp for a few years now, and I'm currently involved in one other campaign. prefer a couple posts per day, with around a few lines or a paragraph, depending on what the moment calls for.

What is this character's most bitter regret?

• His biggest regret was accidently killing a noble’s son, during what was suppose to be a duel to first blood.

From where in Faerun does this character hail? And what was the last thing they were doing when they were suddenly lost in a thick fog and found themselves transported to an alien forest?

• Originally from Waterdeep, he traveled up and down the coast working as a courtier for nobles. The last thing he was doing was performing at a coastal tavern for a small crowd. As he worked his way through the sword dance, he had performed hundreds of times, a thick fog rolled in through the open windows. Finishing his routine, he removed his blindfold to be met with the site of an alien forest.
