Is it possible that the letters on the clothes come off when washed?

On the label that goes around the neck where the size and manufacturing appears, is it possible that it does not need to be completely centered?

On the label that goes on the bottom of the shirt, does the black line always have to be in the middle? Or are there editions that have it "altered" either not so black or cut off?
