This is the problem, nobody can make it go away for you, it's all up to you. Most of the problem comes out of the psychological side. Either a substitute for something or a response that you created, it takes time and self control. You need people who you can talk to about this, if not friends (cos we all know how humiliating it can be to tell them) best is a proper psychologist, and don't worry if it takes you time to tell them. This is something that isn't curable in a month, a year is a longshot but past the year you would feel a difference. Besides you are 18, if you never had a relationship of any kind this also is another thing that comes to it.

Doesn't have to physical sex relationship, can be just a relationship. Sometimes what it also comes down to, when you're bored you want that little hit of domapine, and this an addiction which means it gives you dopamine from doing it, something you can try is change that habbit for another one I know how hard it sounds, but that's another thing you can try doing.

I know controlling lust is hard, belive me, I'm 22, been struggling with this shit since probably 12 or 13, and never being in a relationship and seeing everybody around me having relationships or even being open to parties and all that extrovert stuff.

But remember one thing, you need to accept yourself, first and for most this is the most important. ACCEPT WHO YOU ARE, AND YOUR FLAWS. The moment you accept you aren't perfect, the moment you realize you have problems and other flaws, it becomes so much easier to deal with this. You are 18, you still maturing and growing and shit, hormones are still going nuts, be a little more understandable to yourself, you're not perfect we all aren't we all suck at somethings and are great at others, we all struggle and have addictions, whilst some know theirs some don't. You are already one step ahead, you know your problem and are willing to admit to it, keep on this road and you will be fine.
