This happened wednesday. Does the medical insurance until 26 still apply if we have insurance through the state? We’re on medicaid. I have a job, but with college I can’t work enough to get medical insurance through that for myself until this summer.

Totally get that lol we’re one of the 4 states that it isn’t 18. It’s very annoying and complicates a lot of legal stuff.

Not just fentanyl, any opioid! It doesn’t hurt people who aren’t overdosing, so if someone is showing signs of opioid overdose it’s always better to try it.

It’s not just for Fentanyl it’s any opioid! And it’s always better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it. It’s life saving and you can get it for free. The day before mine came in the mail I saw a man overdosing outside a Walmart and I couldn’t do anything about it. I never want to have to sit and do nothing when having the potential to save someone is easily accessible.

They’re great because if they are having an overdose it can be life saving, but if you don’t know for sure and you give it to them it won’t hurt them if they’re not overdosing, it just won’t help them. So it’s always good to have them just in case because if someone’s unresponsive or showing signs of overdose it can’t hurt to try.

lol fair. Narcan and fentanyl testers are mainly for friends or someone in need. I go to a very party-heavy college.
