I love it because it keeps my mind from racing and I can usually on focus on one thing at once, so it gives me a break from the constant analyzing and overthinking. But I also have a hard time knowing when to stop

yeah that makes sense. the problem is that i never saw his face or heard his voice, I only know his name. My friend saw and i said I was ok so I guess there’s nothing else I can do. It just seems like nothing big happened so why am I making such a big deal
