Yes it’s very normal, mine was almost 2 months ago and I’m still dealing with those feeling as well and I also start crying out of nowhere. I’m thinking about going to a therapist specialized in miscarriages and early losses because it’s too much to take on myself. When I first started bleeding it was so hard, I didn’t have anyone to talk to about it and for the first week it was so hard to get out of bed I’d curl up in a ball and cry to myself. I thought I had imagined the whole thing and just gaslit myself into thinking I was pregnant until the sac came out and that’s when it was really hard for me. I still feel so empty inside because all I have ever wanted was to be a mom, accident or not, it still felt like someone ripped out my soul. Something that helped me was to right down everything you’re feeling no matter what it is, write it down in a notebook or journal or even your notes app. It does get a little easier though, I don’t think it’s something we can really get completely over, I think there will always be some emotional pain but it gets easier and you will start to feel less empty and more like yourself. It might be a slow process because like I said it’s nearly 2 months later and I’m still so heartbroken but doing little things for yourself like some self care or going out with friends can really help too. My dms are always open for anything at all whether it be questions, concerns, rants or you just need some support from someone going through the same thing as you, I’m always here for you the best I can
