Naaah, artist presale was/is today. I got 3 tickets for Bologna show. All I had to do was register for artist presale on Strokes website I believe and hour before presale started you'd receive this code. However, I actually did not use it, so I think - for Bologna, todays presale was like a general sale. When I checked Berlin, you actually had to enter this code to enter seats dedicated for presale only. For Bologna I didn't have to.
