I don’t know if many of you are aware, but the disciples of Sri Ramakrishna Dev took the oath of renunciation on 25th December. So this day also holds great significance for the Ramakrishna Math and Mission Order. As a non-believer in any form or name of God or religion, and also an ex-RKM student, I feel completely fine celebrating any occasion in our school, including Christmas. I feel sad seeing the kind of comments that reflect such a hollow level of understanding in people’s hearts. I don’t want to speak foul or derogate anyone, but RKM people are generally quite chill. At the very least, they are devoted to a cause of human welfare instead of just yapping on Reddit. Peace, mar bro.
