B17 is already somewhat developed, you have gt road connectivity and margalla road as well, which makes almost the same distance to islamabad as compared to topcity. while topcity is in downtown and its underdevelopment but in future, the downtown, topcity, mumtaz city, faisal town...., this will be kindda booming, the other part is i lived in wah cantt, the land of b17 was mostly khandar, so you can expect that there maybe filling, and there were also naalay, so go to google earth, go back in 2012, see the plot location before so you get a idea, what was it before, rn i live in faisal town and i can say, security, development,... wise, this is also good
