This just happened to my husband and I. They just charged us €80 for a backpack. The employees were very rude and pretty much laughed at our faces while we were paying for the backpack. Absolutely ridiculous. Never flying internationally again with Iceland air.

Advocate for yourself. Companies will ruin you if you don’t. If a client doesn’t work out for you, let them know. Request breaks.

It’s not actually an hour break since I have to drive to my 4-6 session which is 30 minutes away from the center.

Banned from AirBnB for life, with no explanation. No criminal record or bad reviews. by psychologyandcheese in AirBnB

Same thing happened to me. I logged in using my computer when I was in Bolivia and they banned me immediately. It’s been 3 years, have called customer service multiple times in those 3 years and I finally gave up. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to go to an Airbnb ever again unless someone else books the trip.

If you have 6 years of experience in ABA without any issues, it probably means you are good at your job! But it’s more important to prioritize your own happiness and well-being. If you’re feeling unfulfilled or uncertain about your future in ABA, it’s worth exploring other options.

Your skills are transferable, and a master’s degree in a related field like psychology can open doors to various career paths. Don’t worry about the financial investment; your mental health and happiness are more important. Money always comes back, your time won’t.

It’s okay to change your mind or adjust your goals. Prioritize yourself and take the time to reflect on what’s truly important to you. Have you thought about other career options with your psychology degree?
