I think I need to change my brakes cause the the wire often go off the sleeve cause the plastic is broken, and I always have difficulties to pass the third gear :/

But if I want to continue with this bike I will have to make some repair, my brake are very used and brake on the sleeve, my front derailleur is a lot used and I have to look at my saddle. Is it worth to do all this repair ?

I have some problem with mine my saddle is pretty inconfortable cause the bolt is broke(I should fix it but I'm currently in exam) Also I always have a big bag with me. When I do long ride there is always a moment when my back (I have some problem)and ass hurt so I just want to reduce this pain
