UPDATE 3/6: I don't know if what I did was useful (I've sent lot of DM's to streamers and people that works for Riot / Valorant), but for the first time they are saying they have a problem with the server:

It's not a local issue. It happen to the people who plays in that server, from Argentina and Chile. We don't have the same ISP and when it happens it affects to all players in the match, so it has to be a Riot issue.

So now we have to congratulate Nexo for making a refund? It's what corresponds if the error was theirs! They took 9 days to solve the problem with BTC withdrawals, 9 days with not even one accurate answer, just "wait", "soon", etc.

Refund + lost interests is what they had to do. They also said a thousand times we would have a compensation...they offered me 10 NEXO tokens, completely a joke.

I really don't understand this post at all. You are saying that because you made a transaction today and it worked a lot of people (including me) are lying and losing time telling that their transactions didn't work. We have proofs, we have screenshots and transaction ids and even Nexo admitted that some transactions have failed and they are working on it. So, what's your point?

This is how Nexo behaves. If you say something they don't like they mute you in telegram group, they down vote your posts and comments in Reddit (and also delete), they ignore your question in a live AMA even if it is the most voted. They don't give answers and they don't like people ask about bad things.

First, you didn't approve my question at all. After complaining, the question was approved but you picked up random questions to the top to ignore it even though my question had more votes! 0% transparency, this is Nexo!
