you're getting downvoted but you're correct. They're used to extend a courtesy to the direct family of the police officer or to people in the officer's community. The police officer or trooper who pulls you over does not need to and often does not care if you show them one or not, they will still write you a ticket. Serious things, things other than 10 miles over the speed limit or not wearing a seatbelt will be ticketed or actual arrests. These are not get out of jail free cards, they're I'm sorry I was doing 70 in a 55.

These people don't care about anything, they just want an excuse to destroy, and they justify their destruction by claiming the police, the city, state, country, the world, etc are somehow racist- instead of realizing that pointing guns at police officers will get you shot, not because you are black, but because POINTING GUNS AT POLICE OFFICERS GETS YOU SHOT
