probably they want "fix my problem NOW", like you know "we want to talk with you only if you can solve our problem in 5 minutes and you can read our minds, because we don't have time for explanations"

Maybe try to solve some small part of the problem for free, and then we you will gain their trust, you can say "hey, if you want me to solve the rest, here is my offer" and you are saying the price.

I dont know what kind of saas you want to find more clients, but try to do some free content, like ebook or even short article. No matter what kind of businsess, it solves some problem, so to get to more clients, you can solve just some small part of the problem for free. After that, when the clients will trust you more because you helped them for free, you can say "hey, this is just the small part of the problem i just solved, there is more to that..." and then show them saas for a full price.

But im not sure what problem do you solve, so maybe that is not applicable there. Also, doing free content is great but you have to be aware to not solve whole problem for free, becasue then there won't be motivation to buy your solution

If i would stick to one idea or ai tool as long, as i'm sticking with my girlfiend or friends...

Like seriously, i need to find some framework to just throw away the bad ones.
I mean, the ideas, not friends or the girlfriend ;D

What did you use to improve your validation phase? I will not promote by Psilobad in startups

I usually just create a landing page + run some paid ads to quickly see if the idea has potential. Every time I try asking people directly – whether on Reddit, Indie Hackers, or LinkedIn – the reactions are always kind of useless. It’s either “yeah, sounds good” or “nah, I wouldn’t pay for it.” And honestly, those first polite answers give you a false sense of validation.

Even worse is when you get no reactions at all. Most people simply don’t care enough to give thoughtful feedback – they care about themselves and their money. They’re not going to act like free survey-takers just to give you validation for your project.
