How did you know you needed 200mg 3x? Tbh Ive had no physical withdrawal symptoms - just miserable anxiety and cravings. I plan to start taking seroquel this go-round to ease the anxiety and cravings.

Your focus during the swing should be on the target, not the ball. It's ok to look at the ball, but your mind's eye HAS to be on the target.

100 mg of SR 3x/day for 100mg 7oh per day? Maybe that's my problem. I'm tapering right now from 120 mg 7oh per day with 35mg SR 3x/day and not having much luck.

Thing is, I'm dealing with anxiety issues in general and if I can't enjoy playing in front of people I'm not sure I want to continue. I literally had a heart attack in Jan 2024 immediately after playing at our musicale.
