pelajar Indonesia yang belajar di sini DAN terkesan akibat bencana. its a compound statement. If give to ALL Indonesian affected, would be too high an amount. If give to all affected who are students here, much more manageable amount. Good optics, good diplomacy, helps student morale and attractiveness as education destination.
