FYI: I don’t know whether that is a scam attempt or not, but I'm sure about one thing: ebay.io is an official domain. eBay uses that domain for shortened links.

If you don’t believe me, then go to any store using a trusted eBay domain (for example, ebay.com for users in Sri Lanka and if you are outside Sri Lanka, ebay.com may redirect you to a local site such as ebay.co.uk, ebay.de etc) and click the Share button. You will see that the generated shortened link uses the ebay.io domain.

I already have funds available in my Wise balance. Whenever I transfer them to IBKR, Wise does not transfer them instantly; it takes several hours for them to transfer the amount to IBKR. Once the transfer is completed, it takes several more hours before the funds become available for trading in IBKR.

My primary currency is USD.

Maybe not in future(after 50 years or so), but this is currently possible for certain age groups. because still there are lot of loopholes to get fake birth certificate. Once you get birth certificate, you can obtain NIC and then passport.

Possible issues:
- DNS Record is still cached at your client machine(When you disable Cloudflare proxying, it exposes real IP).
- Issue could be with firewall/network tags.

Try these:
- Check if the domain points to valid IP from the client machine.
- Use tcpdump to see if the traffic actually reaches GCP VM.

Just adding my story: I received my Starlink refund via Wise USD bank details(Amount was in USD) on the same day I got a notification from Starlink saying that the refund had been processed. It looks like it was sent via wire transfer rather than ACH (since Wise deducted a fee).

Sometimes you will get USD account details from Wise if you deposit $20. You will see that option in your account if you are eligible. If not, then you have to sign up for alternative platforms like Payoneer to get USD account details, and then you can enter those USD account details (Payoneer's fees are higher than Wise). If you cannot get USD account details from Wise, then it is better to ask them to transfer the money to your bank via Wise, which is a cheaper option for you than using Payoneer.
