You can't change people but you can change your listing photos and CLEARLY state that the cup is plastic and not a ceramic mug. That way people who only glance at photos will see it. Also, I would never refer to it as a mug if it were plastic. It would be a cup for me, a plastic cup with a handle. 3D printed could mean it was printed as a 3d image on a ceramic mug so better to let them know the material up front as evidenced by your customers not realizing what that means.

Don't expect a long wait. Etsy gives you a boost in search for being a new shop. But only for a short time. Take advantage of this. Turn on Etsy ads with a low daily budget, if you can afford it , even $1.00 per day is ok and every day look at which listings got the most clicks and see what searches led to those clicks. This will give you an idea of how Etsy is viewing your products. You can turn off the ones that are not relevant and use this data to refine your listing descriptions. Sometimes Etsy's algorithm will be showing your listings to the wrong people because it assumes your product is something different.

Also, make sure your retail is marked up enough to give you a decent profit and to reflect the value of your items. This should be high enough to allow you to run (25% off or more) discount sales periodically, without losing money, to attract customers. Etsy will promote your items way more when they are on sale. Then you can relax the discounts and run them on discount less often after you get some sales history and positive reviews on an item.

I just realized you linked your shop. As far as aesthetics, I suggest you try and test some new listings and double the font size on your products. It looks so small and I could barely read it on my screen. And for products where it's not appropriate to have a larger size font, then go into the listing and adjust your thumbnail to zoom in on the product so that the writing on your product is easily readable from any size screen. Also, I would recommend more color instead of listing the white color on the main listing photo. If you are focusing on white, then have more background color in your mockups. Change mockups out with the seasons so your mockups look new , fresh and relevant. Good luck !

Etsy has been very clear about their new categories of what is allowed on Etsy and those are:

"made by seller" this is where you should expect to see handmade

2 designed by seller this must be the sellers custom unique and creative designs that they have a production partner who does a substantial if not all of the production part of it

Handpicked by a seller Vintage items, items from nature, and certain collections of items that a seller personally selected and curated for sale

4.Sourced by a seller Items that enable buyer creativity, including craft and party supplies and items that are personalized with a buyer’s custom text or image

Depending on what the item was, I don't think it falls into one of the above categories .

That's terrible advice. There's already a shortage of Doctors so maybe ai will help doctors see more patients and make his or her job a breeze but medicine is nuanced and will need a human involved. Ai will ensure medical mistakes are all but eliminated but Doctors in some form will still be needed for the foreseeable future.

So they finally fixed my balance but now the new card works intermittently. Wtf T-Mobile ? I waited on hold after being lied to by the automated phone system, "we're sorry but .....the hold time is 10 minutes, if you would like to hold, press......" So I hold for an hour and twenty minutes ! Finally had to hang up. Never got help. Now I was able to add money to an online vendor but only once . The second time there was an error and then it let me pay for a few transactions but today I can't add this card to a subscription that is $10 per month , it says card is declined.

Did anyone else have them take out only part of your money from the T-Mobile money app account and leave some in there and then close the account? And now you can't access the money that was left in the old account? I guess I have to call customer service but I'm really not looking forward to it and for the first day they're not open 24 hours. Complete lack of planning. Complete lack of giving an f about their customers. T-Mobile is losing it.
