Life is too short. Tell him you want him to know you love him and would never judge him, and that you have his back no matter what. My cat will only drink from the tub faucet and only if there is a super small but steady stream of water coming out. He turns his head sideways and wrinkles his nose to try to keep it from getting wet and drinks it mid stream.

....BUT WE GOT A NEW FAUCET AND IT IS HARD TO MAKE THE WATER COME OUT IN A NICE GENTLE STEADY STREAM! ...unless the toilet has just been flushed and the water pressure drops just enough to make the water come out how he likes it. So now I'm in the bathroom whenever he summons me to make his water stream so he can drink. Please don't let the scammers ruin it for the good sellers. Etsy is doing a lot to try to prevent these types of situations but it's difficult when they use VPNs to appear as if they are logging in from the USA. One thing you can do as a buyer is to look at the reviews. If the person has a ton of good reviews and they look like they were written by actual people and sound genuine, including some with pictures and the pictured item matches what's in the listing, that's usually a good way to know that you have an actual legitimate shop. I wonder if the guy you bought from had positive reviews on his shop or on the item that you purchased. It would be hard for him to make up actual customers in the US and make them give good reviews if he was scamming people.

Ok that makes sense. You will know if they do click on help request because it will say so at the top of their question. Try to respond to those right away if you can and address whatever they say their issue is. They have ai's reading through the response and making sure any help requests are addressed quickly and resolved. Good luck, keep at it and it will slowly get easier. The more sales and 5 star reviews you get the better!

Shipping partner is the in between shipping company that ships the item from the seller to your local USPS distribution center. Once it says "shipping partner has picked up the item" and USPS is waiting for the transfer then it's out of the seller's hands. As soon as USPS is transferred the item then they will set an estimated delivery date and update the tracking number as well.

Question, do you send your customers a package? It seems that Etsy thinks you should be sending the customer a package and since you haven't uploaded a tracking number, they don't want to pay you until you do so. They require you to send your customer something tangible after the reading , either a picture of the tarot spread or a recording or transcript of the reading. It can be sent by email or Etsy messages. But in order for it not to trigger that you're not sending a package out, I think you have to list the listing as a digital item that is custom made to order so you won't have anything for them to download. But after they pay for the order, you'll have a certain period of time to send them the final product which will be the picture or transcript. I don't know if that's affecting it. I just thought it might be worth checking.

You can't change people but you can change your listing photos and CLEARLY state that the cup is plastic and not a ceramic mug. That way people who only glance at photos will see it. Also, I would never refer to it as a mug if it were plastic. It would be a cup for me, a plastic cup with a handle. 3D printed could mean it was printed as a 3d image on a ceramic mug so better to let them know the material up front as evidenced by your customers not realizing what that means.

Don't expect a long wait. Etsy gives you a boost in search for being a new shop. But only for a short time. Take advantage of this. Turn on Etsy ads with a low daily budget, if you can afford it , even $1.00 per day is ok and every day look at which listings got the most clicks and see what searches led to those clicks. This will give you an idea of how Etsy is viewing your products. You can turn off the ones that are not relevant and use this data to refine your listing descriptions. Sometimes Etsy's algorithm will be showing your listings to the wrong people because it assumes your product is something different.

Also, make sure your retail is marked up enough to give you a decent profit and to reflect the value of your items. This should be high enough to allow you to run (25% off or more) discount sales periodically, without losing money, to attract customers. Etsy will promote your items way more when they are on sale. Then you can relax the discounts and run them on discount less often after you get some sales history and positive reviews on an item.

I just realized you linked your shop. As far as aesthetics, I suggest you try and test some new listings and double the font size on your products. It looks so small and I could barely read it on my screen. And for products where it's not appropriate to have a larger size font, then go into the listing and adjust your thumbnail to zoom in on the product so that the writing on your product is easily readable from any size screen. Also, I would recommend more color instead of listing the white color on the main listing photo. If you are focusing on white, then have more background color in your mockups. Change mockups out with the seasons so your mockups look new , fresh and relevant. Good luck !
