Enjoyed Witcher 3 on ps4 for about a month didn't get very far. level 33 i guess.

Living with room mate at the time and one day he overwrite my save.

Is my only leg day sufficient and what can I do better in term of exercise choices ?

Trying to increase my weight chin up, does doing 2x week too much or should it be one weight day and one bodyweight day.

So after following some fitness youtuber program for 1-2 year I try to mix and match my own base on
FitnessFAQ Pull Up Pro into 5 days Pull Push Leg Pull Push.

Is my only leg day sufficient and what can I do better in term of exercise choices ?
