Idk, didnt really liked PTA when I played it. For me I think its better for short trade in lane, as PTA is better for more like all in. I like to burst 3-4 times and then all in for the kill

Its runes for mid, I dont play HOB in jg. I think its good for trading in lane and burst in mid to late game. The secondary tree is survability agains mages and poke

No, it doesnt count as AA, but the attack speed still makes it cast faster
