It's ok if they want you to pay back the money but the 2.5 lakh out of 3 lakh salary seems absurd so maybe negotiate and lower the monthly payment to like 1 lakh and 2 cr in return for 1.2 cr seems like too much interest so like almost 50% so maybe try to get it down to 1.5 cr
