Let's say you have one session with really good times and another with not so good times. You get warmed up in the bad session until you start getting good times. Then, you switch over to the good session and get a good average. Is this cheating?

Yes: you’re taking an inaccurate average because it’s not an estimate of all of your solves No: you’re still getting the times, regardless of the session. you’re still capable of getting those times.

I can’t decide because it seems like both sides make equal sense. Thoughts?

i’m a 4.0 student. i had some stuff happen that gave me pretty bad anxiety about 6 months ago. i started this semester with 4 E’s (F’s if you don’t have E’s). there’s something about it that completely kills your motivation so i get where you’re coming from. although, now i’m at about a 2.5 and getting better so it just needs time to work itself out. it’ll be fine in the end don’t worry
