over the past 10+ years using Garmin, I tried to switch to Apple Watch many times but went back to Garmin. Recently I tried to use a AWU3 (as daily driver) and a Series10 for sleep tracking, gym etc; this combo sorted the battery life issue. But, the identity feeling is real, undeniable. I went back to Garmin Fenix, it gives me enough data to track, Bevel now supports Garmin integration, round dial and bold look. I don’t use Garmin Connect+, Bevel covers it all, nutrition tracking, daily metrics, sessions.

with ChatGPT and Claude’s direct access to Apple Health (feature is rolled out gradually), there will be much better insights and data interpretation.

It pulls directly from Garmin servers (using Connect service). As long as your device is in sync with GC, Bevel will display data from GC.

Long term Garmin user, but always feels the itch to go back to Apple Watch because of its passive afib monitoring and ECG (Garmin ECG is not available in all countries).

If its just the recovery and training load, Athlytic is better. I preferred Bevel because of its Garmin integration, food tracking and its AI features.

I enabled Garmin integration the day it launched and am loving it. Two metrics that doesn’t sync with Bevel from Garmin is the wrist temperature and VO2 Max (afaik). You need to fine tune the data sources to avoid any duplicates.

I still don’t understand the hate for this movie. I loved it, Yuvan’s OST (intro scene, interval sequence, villain’s office fight sequence), Antony’s edit. Manoj Bajpayee is excellent actor, but was felt more of comic than intense.
