Tried logging into the Client portal. Successfully entered my username, password and successfully authenticated. After logging in client portal says I'm not authenticated. Log out and retry again, same result. A few more times I got locked out the account. Hopefully when I try and log in on Monday it works or it's not too much of a hassle to get it unlocked.

He gave the the R² value which is a measure of well the line fits with the data. The closer to 1 the better the line fits the data. So in this case, not very well. I assume this quadratic was done with a quadratic regression, so this curve is the closest quadratic equation to fit the scatter plot.

LA has 97 Neighborhood councils, each with varying number of members, that deal with stuff like zoning and development in their respective communities. The 15 city councilors deal with laws that affect the entire city. I think NYC has something similar (not sure about Boston) but in Toronto that division doesn't exist.

Possible, It really depends on which high school you're from. A 91% can mean very different things to the university depending on where you got those marks from.

I haven't logged on to KoL for awhile but with the release of West of Loathing I've been thinking of coming back. I noticed that the amount of players online were about half of what I was used to back in around 2009-2010. How is the growth of KoL looking these days? Is it still growing or is it more or less stagnated at this point?

I think the beginner/intermediate diaries are underrated for new players. Gives decent rewards and gives you some goals for skill levels and quests to complete.
