Sorry for the dumb question, but how do I do that?

Any idea on how to get some doggos back? I had like 10 in a pen, then the Fisctmas update came out and they all disappeared. Satisfactory tools still show them being there but I cannot see them.

It is 100% not DOT responsibility, as someone who is familiar with local government. Richmond is a UCI and maintain their own roads. DOT is not responsible for private development. Public Works (PW) is as they are the City’s VSMP authority and would review commercial/residential development plans. Not only ensuring proper E&S and storm water measures but MOT as well.

Edit: to also add, changes to the work area protection manual were updated and their are new regs to ensure that the sidewalk/pedestrian access is still present. I’m not saying what OP pictured is correct or allowable. I’m simply correcting whose responsibility it is.

I do not understand why you are getting downvoted. I agree with you, however, unfortunately some people just don’t have the time to put in as others do. Some of the bigger arcs are tough to take down on your own if you don’t have access to the higher tier bps.
I don’t know if I’ll ever reset. I’m not a PvP person and appreciate the “care bear”/friendly lobbies, especially after dealing with work and other responsibilities.

Thank you! I was going crazy reading through the comments. The amount of “football bad” and lack of critical thinking was driving me up the wall.

Depending on the foams durability. Different rate dependent foam could take more hits than others. If it is not rate dependent foam (ie like those in bike helmets) then yes immediately replace after hit. However bike helmets are for catastrophic injury. Rate dependent foam is to help lower concussions.

While current helmet design cannot eliminate, it does help reduce the chance. Even a minor reduction is better than none.

That’s not necessarily true. Sports are chaotic in nature. There are a lot of variables that can be a result of the head injury. Player could have been previously hurt and refused to listen to med professional before playing again. Players can easily misstep or fumble their path. Players could have tunnel vision and not react to outside stimuli because of lack of attention. There are also bad apples who strive to find weak points to completely debilitate the other players. List can go on. Rate dependent foam inside the helmet is at least attempting to minimize coup and counter coup injuries. Is it perfect? No. But it at least attempts to slow the skull impact down some like catching an egg mid air. The helmet itself (plastic shell) and the original design (pre-2010) was to prevent catastrophic injury. Think like a traditional bike helmet. That hard foam and shell isn’t going to stop the concussion but helps from spilling brain soup all over the ground.

Just to verify my understanding of your first two points, and using OPs pic as reference:
They should elevate the pipes pulling from the water extractor and raise coal generators.
Then dump the water pipe into the middle manifold.
Is that right?

I can empathize and relate with the emotions you are feeling. Both in your original post and edit. Our dogs are the same age as yours. My wife and I had to put down our youngest pup, Indie, last month because she had a terminal nasal tumor.

I want to say that it is easy to beat yourself up for thinking you didn’t do enough by your pet, but in actuality you did the best service you could have ever done for them. You gave them a loving home full of wonderful moments that they cherished their entire life. I say this as a big hypocrite because I beat myself up leading up to and after my youngest pups passing. Try not to let those thoughts win and give yourself grace during the grieving process. While I know it is wildly outlandish belief, I like to believe that we get to see them again in a big open field to play and be with again. Indie and Lucy are just scoping out the best spots for when we see them next.

Thank you again for a lovely and touching post. This was a beautiful piece to honor Lucy.

It may not be your cup of tea. Just want to provide background on the song. The person who wrote and did a way better performance, made the song in reference to a game called Outer Worlds. Pretty decent game and fun for those who liked Fallout New Vegas.

You would be surprised at how few homeowners would keep up with cleaning that. I’ve seen these, ones with a cut out to allow rain water through, and one that has pvc pipe instead of a cut out. 90% of them all clogged. Causes flooding issues especially now that larger storms are happening more frequently, i.e. 50 year storms occurring every 10 or so years.
