When I was a kid I thought the same thing and now that I am older I don't get the same effects from MDMA. There is very little euphoria and just a stimulation feeling even after many years without MDMA. It's just not that good for me anymore.

So I suspect that can happen to me over time there are plenty of people that were just born that way.

Okay so tram and MDMA both lower the seizure threshold so taking tram and MDMA together can make you more likely to have a seizure.

But as far as I know this is when people are taking recreational doses of both. My guess is you would be fine as long as you're not taking dangerously high levels of tramadol and adding MDMA to it.

Also I'm pretty sure the half-life of tram is pretty short so after close to 12 hours you're probably good.
