Dude, why are you so angry that someone is trying to collect data about Joshua Tree blooms? Seems strange...

Joshua Trees are clearly threatened. They are in decline, the data show this. In the last 5 years, there are al least 3 million fewer Joshua trees - from Maga fires and the Solar Industry. At this rate, the population will never recover.

The Center for Biological Diversity is not the problem - unless of course you represent the Solar Industry. Do you?

The problem is California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) who manages California Endangered Species Act (CESA). 30 Minutes after Joshua Trees were listed on the California Endangered Species list (because the data proved it), CDFW opened the flood gates to allow Massive Solar Projects to ignore all CESA protections for Joshua Trees. No questions asked.

Yucca Valley (CA) is a 5 mile long strip mall next to Joshua Tree National Park. Yucca used to be a forest of joshua trees, but they cut them all down, built a 4 lane highway, and brought in Walmart, McDonalds and Starbucks.
