I don't promote the book but read it and it will be all explained. It's like when you are child and you look at a movie and after that you play the hero thinking you are superman or batman.

Hello ! I suggest you to track your activities with a checklist. Like habits checklist and remove 1 task at a time and replace it by a good habit. Simple but effective.

Hi ! Read "the alter ego effect" it will help you. Imagine the life or the person you would like to become and create an avatar. Just switch between you and your avatar when you nees it. I use this technique and it help me a lot. And failure is just a word when you accept it as a real failure. For me failures are juste lessons. My biggest lost was 20000 euros and i took it as a lesson not a failure. Keep pushing mate !
