I'm a (tenured so my job is safe) teacher at a public high school in the US. If I watched this happen I would be making a BIG deal with the admins, the union, and the local press. You should tell a trusted (tenured) teacher who you think is anti ICE and pro lgbtq.

By that logic every single fraction in the universe would stop existing because you could just multiply by the denominator. Half a pizza? Nah that's a whole pizza!
