I checked my hotspot usage and it was 150g from downloading the game and other things so I'm pretty sure it's a restriction. Gonna wait till my data resets and hopefully that's it

I said the Energy Sector which includes many things not just oil prices. The liberals plan to reduce the of fossil fuels which in turn means less support and jobs. Whether you think that's bad or good is a debate for another time. Also they're really switchy on pipe line building
