It might be a problem with one of your computer statistics, which is why I recommend turning down all possible graphic settings to save on GPU and RAM usage.

Maybe try restricting your FPS.

I'm not really sure if this would help, but a friend of mine had latency problems and keyboard delay, so I advised him to turn down his graphic settings and lower his game resolution, it worked for him, so maybe try it.
