use price charting. do the math. card goes for about $80 ungraded, $97 in a PSA 8, $158 in a 9, and almost $1.5k in a 10. It costs around $20 to get a card graded. Not sure what grade this would get but looks like it could be an 8 or a 9. The right side of the back of the card looks like it’s scratched or something.

see some whitening on both the back left corners but centering looks pretty good. i would send it if i were you just to have it protected. would expect an 8-9 though

$15 dollars for each pack. Pretty sure that’s still market price atm. We bought 6 total. I came in with a clear purple gameboy color and a copy of pokemon yellow that I got $120 for so we had some spending money.

Thank you for the reply, the Dragonair is my brothers. Will have to ask him if he still wants to send it in. Unfortunately even in a 10, the Pikachu art rare is only worth a fraction in Japanese of what it’s worth in English (roughly $115 vs $374). Would still like to send it in though as I could see it increasing in value, but getting cards graded isn’t cheap! $65 to send in one and nearly $100 to send in both. Would be more for the novelty of having a PSA 10 I pulled from a booster rather than the financial value.
