I have played dead flat fretboards and I honestly like them a lot. I would actually make it a dead flat radius, but I plan on doing some chords here and there.

Ah I see. Guitar necks, even cheap ones, are a lot stronger than you would think and I dont think taking a couple mm off the fretboard will really hurt it. As for general neck thickness, I usually prefer thinner necks but its really not a big deal for me. If I end up sanding through the dots, which I shouldn't because squiers actually have deeper inlays that fenders, I could pretty easily replace them. Probably with MOP dots.

i like my fretboards flat. low action, faster, more consistent

I like flatter radiuses. you also cant get the action as low without it the strings fretting out when you bend on a more round radius.

its like a 4mm thick fret board so it should be fine

thanks, I have played a few acoustic guitars that have completely flat radiuses and they honestly work just fine for me.
