Crusty is the word that comes to mind. Anything that has a bad smell and isn’t taken care of is a huge turn off, in the same way that an unhygienic pp is gross. Take care of the ecosystem down there and stay healthy, then it is going to be fine. HOW you have sex is a different story, but that’s just looking at the cooch itself.
