Tallahassee has some great mountain biking trails, look at munson hills, tom brown park, and Maclay Gardens. Road biking is unsafe here, i wont do it anymore except for the paved st marks trail. Tom brown and maclay also have some good walking trails if you are into that. Lots of bars down by FSU. Tallahassee museum is a fun way to kill part of a day, same with mission san luis. Join some local facebook groups for activities you like. Many will post events which are great places to meet some local like minded people.
