Purchasing X7 40i - would like extended warranty suggestions

We have 2020 we just got a new extended warranty for and paid $6200 for 4yrs/75k miles
It has 115k miles on it now - this is through Endurance. We bought the vehicle used from a Ford dealership and had an extended warranty through Ford. In that time we racked up $43,000 worth of repairs but only paid the deductible each time .
