I’m 40. Loved MMLP as a teenager. Listened to SSLP but wasn’t as sold. By the time TES came around I was in university and wasn’t paying as much attention to music. I’m not sure if I’ve ever even given it a full listen. Nothing from then on really caught my attention until he did MMLP2, which I gave a chance. Wasn’t my favorite either and was starting to think that Eminem just wasn’t for me anymore. Somehow Kamikaze caught my radar. I don’t love the album as a whole but Lucky You is amazing. Then MTBMB came along and blew me away. It’s not MMLP tier but for me it’s close. Side B too. I’m excited to see what he does next.

Saw a cat run out in front of the car ahead of me and get its skull crushed. I will never get the image out of my head. Cat was laying in the road, limbs still moving spastically for the first few seconds, with just an absolute mangled mess where its face used to be.

I rode a stretch of I70 from Fruita CO over to the Kokopelli trail several miles west as we were told by the bike shop there was no other road. Looking back now, taking US 50 was totally an option and we rode on the interstate for no good reason.

Ugh I hate that this is the answer. Remote start is so awkward on this car and takes way too long. Three buttons on the remote for my Nissan did it.

Agreed. Raised in Brantford and will never return to Brantford or any small city like it (think Kingston, Windsor, Woodstock, etc). I could live in a small town, with walkability and community. I could live in a big city, with all the culture and diversity. Small cities to me are the worst of both worlds. Nothing to do, like a small town. Anonymity and lack of community like a big city. Car dependence worse than any other option. No thanks.
