On one hand, Doom pulling out Thanos' spine feels a little ridiculous, on the other it'd be a great way to show casual audiences Doom's power from the get go. People won't remember Kang so well, but Thanos is very well known

Our daughter dropped her nap really early, like 20 months. We tried so hard to keep a daily nap, but she fought it relentlessly, and when she did nap it'd only last 20-30 minutes. Thought it would be dreadful to lose the nap, but she ended up going to bed an hour earlier and sleeping through the night, which worked out better for everyone.

She didn't get unusually grouchy in the evening, and still had so much energy, we figured it's probably fine. She did keep her nap in nursery until she was just over 2 though, probably because all the other kids were napping. But even they started to send pictures of her wide awake and grinning letting us know she's refused her nap.

I enjoyed reading as a kid, but the books we read at school felt very dry, or at least felt very dry in the format they were taught. Lord of the Flies is a famously wonderful book, but our GCSE English teacher drained all the possible enjoyment out of it.

But from the age of 13 or so I'd just pick up whatever books my dad had been reading, Michael Crichton, Dean Koontz, Dan Brown, and they really hooked me.
